No Refunds

Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

Violence and Harmful Content

Our AI system is designed to prevent the generation of content that depicts or promotes violence, including but not limited to:

• Graphic violence, gore, or bloodshed
• Weapons or dangerous objects in harmful contexts
• Physical harm or injury to people or animals
• Threatening or intimidating behavior
• Content that glorifies or promotes violence

Sexual and Explicit Content

Our AI system strictly prohibits the generation of sexual or explicit content, including:

• Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
• Sexually suggestive poses or clothing
• Content that is sexually provocative or inappropriate
• Adult content or pornography
• Content that sexualizes minors or appears to involve minors

AI Generation Failures

If your content or prompts violate these restrictions, the AI generation will fail automatically. This includes:

• Uploaded images that contain prohibited content
• Text prompts that describe violent or sexual scenarios
• Requests to generate content that violates our policies
• Attempts to circumvent content filters

When generation fails due to content violations, credits will not be refunded. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with our policies before submission.

Additional Prohibited Content

You may not upload or attempt to generate content that:

• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Contains illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Depicts self-harm or suicide
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Is intended to deceive or mislead

Video Storage

Generated videos are stored for 7 days before automatic deletion. You are responsible for downloading and saving your videos within this timeframe.

Image Storage

Uploaded product photos are retained for 7 days before deletion. Please ensure you have backups of your original images.

Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss due to automatic deletion or technical issues. Always download and backup your generated content.

Your Content

You own the videos and images generated through our service. You can download them and use them for your own purposes.

Our Service

AdsAI retains ownership of our platform, technology, and service. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our service.

Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
